The thing I love most about this post is that it serves as a reading-list-of-awesome for me, because I’ve loved everything of yours that I’ve read but I haven’t read most of these (because my real life has been hell, too) but that brings me to my next point which is: I’m sorry to see you feeling so self-critical about not wrapping up A Dime If You Tell Me That You Love Me. My mother was diagnosed with cancer a handful of years ago now, and I have to tell you that in the wake of that diagnosis and everything it entails I couldn’t have written a coherent grocery list. What you do is amazing. It takes a mental and emotional clarity and focus that I don’t possess on my best days. Anything you create and share is a gift to your readers and I hope you have a lot of self-compassion and forgiveness for when it doesn’t go as planned. Happy New Year and thank you for all of your incredible work!
I wish you ventured into LJ a little more often so I could babble at you here. Anyway, just wanted to say that a) I'm SO glad you're still writing in this fandom, and b) I loved Wasteland, Baby! And while I'm loving your WIP too, I also have no problem waiting for more. Life gets in the way sometimes, after all. I'm grateful to have what's here and always eager for more :)
