AN: well , guys this is my first ever oneshot please read and comment woot :)))
"waaaaa... practice here practice there, i'm tired." tomomi said as she removed the bass strap on her shoulder.
"uhmm, ok then, since we have been practicing in ages let's take a break." Haruna said
"yosh~ ne, i'll go to the mall to buy some food." mami said with a bright smile
"i'll go with you !!!" tomomi said.
"i thought you're tired?" Haruna asked with a confused face.
"hai ~ i'm tired of practicing ... haha" tomomi said.
"haru-chan , Rina-chan will you come with us.?" mami asked as the 3 of them looked ar rina , who's crying while playing the drums, she always cry when she can't play a part perfectly.
"I guess it's a big NO to Rina-chan." tomomi said.
"I'll stay with her then." Haruna said.
"then is there something you want us to buy?" mami said.
"ice cream." Haruna replied.
"ok, ja ~" mami and tomomi said as they went out.

tomomi's POV
"uwaaah ~ ice cream" i pulled mami with me on an icecream parlor. It's full so we needed to share a table, mami went to order and i looked for some seat.
"uhm, can i have this seat? " i asked a boy about the same age who is alone eating ice cream.
"ok." he said in a quick manner, as i look at his face he seemed quite familiar , i think i saw him before.
"Tada ~ " mamitatsu dais as she putted the tray on tray on the table.
"konnichiwa." she greeted the boy with us who is listening to his ipod while reading and eating ice cream,
"is this multitasking ?" mami continued.
the boy seating with us just smiled then continued to do his business when he smiled everything became clear i knew it ! he's ki-chan , a friend of mine back in Osaka.
"ki, ki-chan?" i asked with a smile.
"eh?" mami said with a confused look while trying to eat her ice cream.
"Kimoichi Din-san?" i repeated with his full name. He wrinkled his forehead and stopped for a while then he removed his earphones.
"hmm? you still know me?" Din asked.
"you're ki-chan from osaka ne? i'm tomomi ! tomomi ogawa ! still remeber?" i said with a loud voice.
"tomomi , tomomi ogawa? " the crowd started to whisper
"she's a scandal member ne," the boy from the other table said as he tried to look closer.
"tomo-chan ! you used to live beside our house , right?" din said with a smile.
"hai." i don't know why i blushed but his smile is really kawaii.
We talked about our life in osaka , our childhood and everything.
"ne, i think i have to go first i have to buy ice cream and it seems like you two need some time alone." she said as she winked at me and stand up.
We ordered ice cream again and talk and talk again.
"It's getting late, i think i should go back now." i said to Din.
"Is that so? let me walk you back then." he said as we both standed up.
The road where we are walking is quiet, everybody is on their houses, watching T.V , so that time i thought the road belongs only to us, ki-chan and me. Back then we used to be really close to each other but we have lost our connection when SCANDAL was formed we need to practice everytime so ...
"wouldn't your girlfriend be jealous if she knew you walked me home?"
"well , she won't be jealous if it's you," he answered.
"she knows me?" i asked.

Din's POV
i was surprised when she asked me that, i don't know what to answer, i said it without thinking.

Tomo's POV
when he said that my heart ached , i don't know why i'm feeling this, ne, i liked him before as a friend but now ../

"nan chatte ~ i'm still single. hahaha?. " Din said with a smile
"i'm still waiting for someone." he continued.
"honto ?" tomomi asked.
"hai." he answered.
"how bout you?" he asked.
"no boyfriend since birth.." she answered.
"hmmm.. ano , what brought you here in tokyo?"tomomi asked
"the girl who i've been searching for and also to be with her."
"we've been friends since birth ne, so who's the lucky girl?"
even though it hurts she still asked it just for her mind to be at peace.
"a-ano."
"it's ok if you don't want to say it , i unde---"
"it's not like that." Din said.
"a, ano she's standing in front of me." Din said while blushing.
everything stopped for a moment , the beat of their hearts can be heard clearly, tomomi can't say anything , so without thinking she hugged Din, it's only for a second but it seemed like forever, a tear was shed in her face , then she looked at him.
"i , i don't know what to say --- " her speech was stopped when Din hugged her tightly. after a short while he broke the hug.
"it's ok you don't need to say anything anymore, i love you and you love me e, that's all that really matters." he said.
"G-gomen." tomomi said.
"gomen?" Din said.
"nevermind -" tomomi said while he kissed din.

Today, starting this evening i know many things will happen bu with the two of us , everything will be fine , who would've thought oyr buried friendship form the past will grow into a deep relationship in the future.

after all these years , i finally found her , my childhood friend who always lighten up my day, the girl whom i have been dreaming of all the time.
