I'd talk to them, but start with one that has a heart (you know what I mean, managers come from all srots of people).
If you approach it like, "I overheard something that IS NOT definite so we CAN NOT overreact here, but I'm concerned..." The intelligent supervisor/manager will give a go ahead to investigate further/talk to the girl.
It isn't worth ruining the girl's life for them to accuse the girl of something without proof (or with, even), or to stand aside when maybe giving you some autonomy and freedom to talk to her might get her back on the right track.
I'm a strong believer in sharing mistakes with people that can benefit from them. A druggie isn't going to listen to someone who doesn't understand (Really Understand) the addiction and thrill.
