GRFRRRR .... curses on any waste of human flesh that develops malware... I hope their tiny little penises rot and fall off and that they knock a can of Jolt Cola into their servers. DAMMIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Any idea how to get rid of this crap?

I was going to suggest Spybot, too. I have never been able to grasp why someone would want to create things live viruses and malware. Good luck getting rid of it.

Next one will be a Mac, I promise! It'll put my dad in his grave though. He's a retired computer engineer and has never cared for Apples. :) I've always like pears.

avg do a very good free anti spyware program that puts something in your registry which makes it better than the likes of Spybot.

It only works on windows xp and up however. I tried to put it on my mother's ageing Me computer (she refuses to update her OS) and it wouldn't have it.

With the avg you need to update it regularly and scan your computer weekly just to keep on top of things. It's also a good idea to chuck out your temporary internet files from your cache before logging off every day.

Ha... my dad recommended avg just yesterday. Our new computer for the office will have to be a Mac though, just for the graphics and music capability, both of my Dells have been a little too quirky.
