Hm.. You might want to check with Factcheck.org.. they seem relatively unbiased. However, what this says about the discrepancy in dates and areas between the two articles I'm not sure.

Hmm...but what about the alleged Indonesian citizenship? I'm wondering if that is true or not...

Yes, me too. With a little research, I've read where he never applied for US citizen ship again. So, he's still Indonesian. And from what I understand, his parents were never married and his most likely real name is Barry Dunham, then Soetoro whence adopted by his step-father. I'd rather not have that kind of doubt in my president.

Then the question would be, why hasn't the gov't stopped his run for president, and how in the world did he get past them as senator?

And the idea that there could be some militant Islamic support, although it's just alleged, is really really scary...
