If you enjoy your coffee in the summer but not necessarily the heat that comes with it, here's a fun little recipe.
Brew a cup or two of coffee and pour into a container with an eighth of cardamom and any sweeteners you want. It's important to do this while the coffee is still hot otherwise the sugar won't dissolve.
Close the container and put in the fridge over night. The next day, pour the cold coffee into a glass with ice cubes and some cream and stir.
There you go. Now you have iced coffee and you don't need to resort to that syrup stuff. You're welcome.
