- Wolfie's MJ inspiration could only be more obvious if he was wearing one white glove.
- The confetti-blood was pretty impressive, actually. I remember finding the use of red ribbons for blood in at least one Shakespeare production (and especially in the weird, semi-modernized film of Titus Andronicus) very evocative, and this is kind of the 'pop' version of that: hypothetically more violent, but also more fun and goofy.
- My top theory about Karen O's dress is that once the original dress was completed, a governing authority decided that it needed to be quarantined so that it wouldn't contaminate the rest of fashion. Hence why it seems to be surrounded by a plastic bubble of some sort.
And while we're on the topic of Latin American she-wolves:
I don't know enough to find an ideal clip, but I'm passingly aware that El Santo, king of the Mexican luchadores, had a film in 1972 where he battled werewolves. That whole thing about silver being their weakness is apparently crap. Their real weakness is lucha libre:

Though he apparently had similar films in which he battled pretty much everyone and everything. Dude just loved justice.
