PSP9 Noise Removal Tutorial

Hey there, this is my first tutorial, and I decided to create one about the Digital Camera Noise Removal feature in PSP9. This tool is the most helpful tool ever. It's a great help to everyone out there who works with screencaps or digital pictures. I couldn't live without it.

GIMP is a program that is similar to photoshop, but it's completely free and much more faulty. I call it ghetto photoshop, cause it's really backwards sometimes, but for someone who's got $22 in her bank account, it's perfect. Some of the stuff you mentioned in your tutorial are not in gimp though. At least not that I can find. Hence the figuring out how to do it in gimp. :)

Yeah, I know what you mean about saving, I bought psp a while ago, but I was recently able to download photoshop off of torrentspy.com

I'm pretty sure this is a paint shop pro exclusive feature, but good luck trying anyway. :)
