i joined the huntsville hospital wellness center a couple weeks ago. good stuff. had my orientation over the weekend. now i know all sorts of interesting stuff about myself like body fat percentage, how many pounds of me is fat and what's all the other stuff, cholesterol, blood glucose, etc. they gave me a plan of what i'm supposed to do and ( Read more... )

does anybody work out at the huntsville hospital wellness center? i'm thinking about joining, but i'd like to have somebody else to work out with sometimes. i know i'll be more likely to go if i don't have to do it alone. if you go in and get a tour they'll give you a free week pass.

it seems like everybody who isn't already married is getting married this year. so i have a question to all you marrieds and soon to be marrieds. where did you/are you going on your honeymoon?

i'm cravin some edo. sadly everyone i can think of to drag with me is at work or shinkendo. boo. i'm too lazy to drive up there just to pick some up. c'mon who wants some yummy japanese?
