Dear Barnes and Noble

I know that I'm just one person and don't know about running a huge mega-chain of retail stores but I have this idea...

When the paperback version of a New York Times best selling book is released. You might just want to actually bring the copies out from the back room and have them in the store.

It's just a thought...

Uhm... maybe being popular means they're having trouble keeping it on the shelves?

No this is just the really crapy store that I've had problems with in the past. Things are never in the right place or still in the back room for days after the release, and they have some very stobish employees who tend to be rude to me because I'm buying "comics"

There's another BN about 20 miles away that's WONDERFUL but I didn't have any time to drive out there this week.

I sometimes feel like this store is more worried about the Coffee shop then the actual books. Weird.

After updating my credit card information without my permission (didn't order for a year, but they had no problem picking up my new expiration date), and then trying to tell me I ordered something when I'm looking at my ordering history, I have a permanent ban against Barnes and Noble.

This store is sooooo close to my office that I keep giving into the convenience and going back. I should just stop, but I can walk over there at lunch versus the 20 min drive to the next closest store or the 30 min drive to the Borders.

You rebel you!!! *laughs* Are you trying to start a revolution? I'm sure the boss was thinking that if people had to ask for it then it would drive up sales since people would think they were all sold out. (he's probably getting a cut from the publisher for this you know!! You are messing with his groove!)
