It's been awhile, but I'm back! I have been in real estate class for eight hours a day since I returned from my Thanksgiving holidays, and today, I passed my huge, horrible, end-of-class exam, yessir I did! Had an awesome weekend in Atlanta at Jenny and Mike's party! So I had a meeting with a local volunteer historian today, to get some advice on careers in preservation. He suggested I try to be a ranger (basically, a tour guide) at a local National Park historical site to get some experience. Ahh, yes, believe it or not, Stephanie Cherry has finally decided to take some sort of real action for her future! During my meeting with the preservation guy in Greenville last week, it was suggested that a real estate license would be a good "extra" to have in the historic preservation field. Busy past few days. We went to Charlotte, NC on Saturday for lunch, exploring, Cirque Du Soleil, and dinner downtown. It was fun- Charlotte is like a clean, smaller, quieter version of NYC, I swear!
