Everyone that read my last entry knows I'm looking for a new boy toy. This has not been successful yet. Not having anyone else right now has made me realize how much I miss you know who. He was really great to me and I have never had that before. I just don't understand why the first nice guy I date dumps me. All the assholes fall deeply in love

Hun to be honest I wouldn't settle on finding someone else just yet. I would call or force him to go to Starbucks or something let him know you want to talk one on one. Then tell him the truth in your situation. Tell him that you really care about him and you know that he was hurt and you have too. Tell him that yall don't need to rush into anything, but something is telling you to not let him go just yet. Tell him that even though he was hurt really badly, that not every girl is like that and that every relationship is different. I think if you really feel differently about him than many or all of the guys you've dated then show him that because I think that may show him that you are different and that you really care about him. It may give him some confidence that you do a lot of work to try to get him to see and he may be more likely to trust you
