Oh, this is just gorgeous. Makes me want to rewatch the movie.

I love how you wrote Lyla and Louis in this. The part where Louis was all, "If this were only okay, I'd be dead." They're such an adorable couple. And adorable parents.

I caught it on TV the other night! Wanted to write Louis/Lyla, found the August/Hope prompt and wrote this instead. It's such a cheesy movie, and this second time it actually made me go "Seriously?" a couple times, but it's still so goddamn touching. And pretty. And Keri and Jonathan Rhys Meyers and Freddie Highmore's adorably girly dimples and. jdhgkjfh ♥ And cello music! God, I love cello music.

Um, sorry, didn't mean to turn this comment into gushing about the movie. :x Thank you so much, I'm so glad you liked this! I felt so weird after writing it--it's been so long since I last wrote something contemplative and, er, poetic, like this.
