Personally, I think Psychosis is a better word, sounds a little more clinical, and doesn't have the whole scariness of Psychotic. Means delusions and detachments from reality, so I think that applies to pretty much everyone I know...

No, but if you say that someone is suffering advanced psychosis coupled with delusions of grandeur and penile/cranial symbiosis, then it'll probably confuse them into submission...
