so i just started working today as a server @the iron bridge wine company; and man! waiting tables is hard work! i have to remember so many things, its so challenging for me. i sure hope i can do this, i really need to train hardcore. so much stuff i hafta learn about wine and coffee and food and timing and blah blah ahhh!! i sure hope i can
