Oh WORDY MCWORD on #11. I just about fell out of my chair laughing when Skills made that toast. Although, I do wonder if he actually meant it or whether it was a subtle way of saying "we all know who you're going to end up with since people usually end up having to spoon feed you what you're feeling and then you EVENTUALLY end up with the right person"..maybe I'm just being too optimistic about that.

And yeah, I also didn't love the Keith/Karen comparison.

Yeah...see people in Tree Hill are idiots and they're always telling Lucas he's with the right person when they all know he's not. Like Mouth being all pro-Brooke in S1 and S2 and now Skillz and Haley being pro-Lindsey. Clearly they think Lucas is like a kid who needs to learn from his mistakes or something. But personally, I'm tired of him being so clueless...I wanna bang my head against the nearest desk.

And yeah, it's troubling when Mark compares your couple to one that had brief happiness before one member DIED. Plus, I've always been a Karen/Dan shipper, and I hated Keith. So I hated that comparison for many reasons lol.

Okay I'm done ranting...sorry about that! Glad you liked the icons!

INORITE!?! What is UP with people always encouraging him to be with any other girl except Peyton, and then when he's with Peyton they're like "everyone knows you and Peyton belong together". O RLY?! Well that's not what you were saying when he was trying to decide who to be with!! I think our best hope for slapping some sense into him is Brooke.

But I'm really tired of him being so clueless too. And for a character that's supposed to be this in-tune-with-people writer guy, he has NO idea about his own feelings. EVER. It's kind of bad characterisation, IMO.

Lol, well let's agree to disagree about Karen/Dan. But Keith did annoy me when he was being all sulky and pouty when she had like 1 date with Larry Sawyer 1.0 (who was way hotter than Larry Sawyer 2.0). That side of Keith was really annoying.

Dude, feel free to rant with me. It's how we stop ourselves from crying and smashing things.

Lucas is terribly characterized. On one hand, he's amazingly good at reading other people's feelings. Like how he knows just what to say to Peyton or Brooke or Haley even. So he can read other people, but he absolutely sucks at reading his own heart. Seriously, that's like one huge pair of binary oppositions. It makes no sense!

And oh God I seriously miss Larry Sawyer 1.0!! He was not only hot, but he made more sense as Peyton's dad. He just acted the way Larry Sawyer needed to be...plus every time I see Larry Sawyer 2.0 I think of A Cinderella Story and him being's Chad's dad in that and I just think...awkward...

I'll totally friend you. I need more LP ranters on my journal. Not that I don't love my BL and NH friends, but...they just don't understand what it's like now. lol.
