Is there anything like spending your lunch break sat in your car just to escape where you work? Not really.

Today is turning out to be very craptastic. Following my post this morning I cried on my way to work. Not great. Then I typed a letter that scared me shitless so left the office there and then to book my first ever smear test. It's terrible ( Read more... )

I only had my first smear test last year, to be honest I hadn't really thought about it until then. Really it's fine though Chell, very quick and I wasn't sore at all, the nurse was lovely too, very reassuring. I didn't have to wait long for my results either, I got them after a week or so, hopefully you won't have a long wait.
Chin up, you've got a gorgeous fiance who loves you dearly and showers you with beautiful bouquets!
The right job will come along, trouble is you never know when it's going to come along, you just have to keep on trying until you find it. xx

I probably would have carried on putting it off until I typed this letter today. In Wales it takes between 4-6 weeks to get results, but I'm hoping they've over estimated.

Thanks, hun :)

It's meant to take that long in England too so hopefully it won't take that long for you either.

I've heard that you can bleed so I'll be going equiped, lol.

I should be having a meeting at the end of this month as part of my probation so I'm planning on bringing the whole fibbing on the job description up then.

We're hitting the 50s tomorrow so June is creeping up slowly :)

Smear test is no way as bad as you imagine before you have one. Nurse is well used to being nervous and will talk you through and help you relax. Ok so it's pleasant, but very quickly over with

THE job is out there, you will find it!

Lucky girl getting flowers :) And not long 'til Matt's here :D

Crying on the way to work? Oh man, hun, I hope you find something better very soon!! :(

Gah, smear tests. In Germany your gynacologist will make you take one every 6 months when you're on the pill.
And you don't neccessarily need to take a smear test from a very young age. It's all down to lifestyle as well!

Got my fingers crossed for the job hunt finally paying off!
