I wonder how the Filial get the stuff for their shops.

I haven't seen any factories, or even mills to make cotton and wool for the clothes.

Come to think of it, I haven't seen any farms, or anything like that.

Not only do I wonder about that, I'm also curious as to how they can offer all that stock for free. The food and clothes I can understand, but surely they ought to ask for a charge for knives and other things that can potentially be used for violence!

If you ask me, the Filial were either incredibly peaceful, or entirely too trusting of others...
