Sheena: He doesn't know much about her, because she's not that willing to talk about herself and he's not that eager to push a subject unless it's vital, but Guy thinks Sheena is somehow an incredibly strong and fragile woman at the same time.
He almost feels pity for her, but since pity isn't much his thing either it's not quite there.
Lloyd: Guy thinks Lloyd is a really good kid, and he would've been surprised at his level of skill at his age if Guy hadn't met Anise. He also wonders if Lloyd's suffered any hardships, because it doesn't seem like he has at times, while other times...
Noelle: She's cool. SO cool. Mostly because of the fontech, though. But he also thinks she's a little too shy and a little too submissive; she'd be really really awesome if she was just a little more headstrong. Of course, given the situation, her behavior is understandable, but Guy's worried about her. She seems to be softer here than she was back in Auldrant, and he's wondering if her kidnapping had something to do with that.
Luke: Luke is such a complicated situation. On one hand, Guy feels more like a babysitter, elder brother or father to him. He just seems too naive and childish to be anything but his charge. Not to mention his actual physical age is a touchy subject for Guy; sometimes he's worried that he comes off as a pedophile.
On the other hand, Luke has these flashes of maturity and strength that Guy can't help but admire. Even when the end results are usually Luke putting his life in horrible danger, Guy loves his resolve to do what's best, and that's mostly what makes him love him.
It's a bit of a problem, though. Guy's spending so much time trying to protect Luke that he can't make himself treat Luke as something other than a piece of glass; especially after what he found out about Luke dying back in Auldrant. He's a little frustrated with his future self, and he's convinced that there's something he can do to stop Luke from leaving.
Stella: Guy thinks she's a very sweet and mothering person, and sometimes it's welcomed. He hasn't been mothered over in such a long time, after all, and occasionally it's nice to be taken care of.
However, ever since she said that bit about sacrificing herself, he's been trying to keep his distance. He doesn't want to say that she shouldn't have done what she did, because he's unaware of her circumstances, but basically he thinks she shouldn't have done what she did. He hated self-sacrifice, and doesn't think any situation warrents it.

And Sheena appreciates that Guy didn't push her to say anything she seemed to not want to. <3
