[Got to start somewhere!] Er, how am I to know when he's drunk and when he isn't? Also, the two definitions are not mutually exclusive; he can be a crazy, grinny, quiet I-love-you-all guy. I mean, look at this one; that is the face of a man who doesn't have the faintest idea what's going on and just likes going out with people. He generally seems very laid-back; I've only seen his manic phase once, though that was pretty frightening.
