Heading west on I90 outside of Issaquah where the speed limit is 70 MPH:
A Yellow Smart Car pulled over in the center median by a State Patrol SUV.

COOL, I'll have to tell a friend of mine who was one of the first in Washington state to own a Smart Car. I love the big HARLY-DAVIDSON sticker on her back window.
