Clues: Jessica number 14 was in your list., then 9 and 13 feature the same actor and 3 features an actor in a previously named movie
***EDIT:::: so after careful research, 7. "Put the knives down!" is in fact in X2, and not so much Edward Scissorhands. I was aiming for edward but since I seem to get the two mixed up I put down x2. In Edward its the part where he is coming out of the house he helped break into and the cop says "Put your weapons down." the neighbor comes up and says "He cant those are his hands." or something to that effect. thats the scene I was aiming for. The End.
