spider dreams.

So I have these things I call "spider dreams," where I have a dream that the bed or the wall or the pillow is covered in thousands of tiny swarming spiders (or occasionally biting ants) and I wake up from a sleep in a total panic. What if you use today's REAL nightmare to literally drown out your recurring one! Take a moment to think about all those tiny, nasty spiders drowning in dripping, oozing yellow water while you watch, chuckling, from a safe, unaffected distance. I imagine Jon would prefer contented chuckling to the alternative. Just make sure you imagine yourself untouched by either spiders or water.

P. S. Sorry about the roaches. It's called Summer in the South when coupled with parents who refuse to expose their child to the toxins required to stop or at least retard the roach invasion.

I will come to your place, and beat the SHIT out of that pillow. Oh, what a beating it will have. I call it Valentination. Nothing will ever crawl on that pillow again that doesn't have fingernails, for fear for 30+ karmic generations. this pillow will outlast the pyramids.

My stress turns into alligator dreams. Maybe that's because I live in Florida. But sometimes Steve Irwin saves me in my dreams! :)

Or you could do what I do and try not sleeping when you're stressed out. I swear, the papers I grade become hilarious when I'm loopy-tired.
