I am grateful for baby animals.
For their tiny feet, and sweet little expressions.

1. All the smart people know that Everything is better with kittens.
That means these Red Squirrel kits are sublime. [*]

Aren't they the cutest things? Look at the little tails...! Such sweet expressions...

When you knee will let you make the mountainous staircase at my house, you can journey up here for a break and I will take you to see wild Red Squirrels in a natural habitat that are so used to people they will almost take nuts from your hand.

Clearly all the mythical Red Squirrels will pack up and move out if they hear we are coming. :(

The duckling's expression is "Yay, I'm a duckling! Quack! Look at me, I'm a duckling, and someone loves me!" The gorilla's expression is so tender... "I have this tiny, fragile, infinitely precious little duckling in my hand..."

Many, many thanks for the pics --especially the squirrel kits. I got some bad news today, and I needed cheering up. And you cheered before I even told you there was unhappiness!
