Well, I'M Fucked

So here's the situation. It's all my fault I know, I should never have made this agreement, but you'll have to believe me it seemed good at the time. A friend of mine and I realized that IRON needed good lighting, and he decided he wanted to buy some. Sorry to hear the bad news.
Didn't you guys tell me that IRON was going to pay for part of it?

Correct me if I am wrong, but in Cali isn't a verbal aggrement as binding as formal contract?
If it is you have a third party who witnessed this verbal agreement.

Yet you just need to research the whole situation.

I hope the best for you.

Dude.....Go talk to Frank. I'm sure he'll not let you falter. Maybe he can help a little to rectify the lighting costs, since it is used for his shows.

As for everything else...well, you know....we'll talk in private.

Contrary to what Dan wrote, I am not a dumbass, and have gone to Frank. He was supposed to have sent a check to them, but I show no record of it, and now things have escalated to this. Here's the major point that Dan fails to grasp: IT'S NOT FRANK'S RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY THIS DEBT! It's nice to see how freely Dan is willing to spend Frank, and IRON's, money, but they did not arrange for this debt.

We will definately talk soon, I may have to take a trip up that way, get out of the Bay Area for a day :-) BTW, Draven, yes we will hang soon, call me
