I've seen the similarities between Star and chickenpox, actually.
She seems to have an incubation period of about 2 weeks. i.e., if your body (or indeed, yourself) can get rid of the virus (i.e., Star) within 2 weeks the spots (you can only guess at what diseases she's carrying) won't appear and you won't get sick.
The 'sickness' can vary in severity but the most obvious is a feeling of intense nausea and vertigo when you wake up beside her.
I was (and still am) completely disease-free as well, so you ddin't catch it from me. Perhaps it's time you tracked down your other 97 sexual partners and figured out who gave it to you?
