So, one of Ariadne's powers is the ability to tell when other characters have a "deep, dark secret". Because I like to potentially drive my pups nuts and all, she can only sense that there is one, not know what it actually is. She'll just have to be nosy and figure it out on her own

Does your character have anything you would consider a "deep, dark secret"? He has a bunch, but the most notable one by far is that he considers himself responsible for the death of his uncle, who was murdered by a criminal he let escape from the scene of a crime.
If yes, is it okay for Ariadne to sense it? Yes, but see below!
Anything else? Spidey currently has a psychic blindspot which prevents people from figuring out his secret identity. So if Ariadne meets both Peter and Spidey, and can sense secrets from people wearing full-face masks, she might notice that Peter and Spidey share the same or a very similar secret, but wouldn't be able to draw the conclusion that they're the same person.

Does your character have anything you would consider a "deep, dark secret"? MAN, i don't know. Not really? There's things he doesn't like to talk about (exploding in New York, the virus he almost released with Adam, etc etc) but all those he's told people about. So they're secrets, in a way, but mostly they're things he's willing to talk about with a little convincing.
If yes, is it okay for Ariadne to sense it? YES!
Anything else? Nope!

Does your character have anything you would consider a "deep, dark secret"? Mmmm, there's a few really big ones? The whole thing about him being Angelus, the scourge of Europe (if you want more info on that whole shebang, just let me know). There's also the fact that he has a son, and that he's a vampire with a soul but that last one isn't too secret. Mostly it's the first two.
If yes, is it okay for Ariadne to sense it? EVEN MORE YES!
Anything else? I don't think so?

Does your character have anything you would consider a "deep, dark secret"? He does! He's told a handful of people, but for the most part, it is way into dark secret territory. Specifically, he killed his parents and his brother, well as helped a woman kill herself by traveling back in time and helping her commit suicide back there. As a child. And then he killed a soldier. DEATH ALL AROUND, ESSENTIALLY...
