I don't get it. I get paid a shitty wage at a shitty job. I'm not the best teller in the world, no where near the best. I was informed this morning I would be training someone because our head teller has someone else to train. I don't get paid enough nor do I know enough of the products for the bank. dude! shit! i know how you feel! you remember how long i worked at food world right....they asked ME to train someone! i was like uhhh wtf i dont even know what i'm doing half the time. it's shitty.

I had to train people at Landry's. My wage should have been increased from $2.13 to $3.13 on the nights I trained, but it didn't. I even had to train my second year when you were supposed to be CERTIFIED to train people. It sucked....I hated it....and they DEFINITELY didn't pay me enough to do it.

On the other hand, it does mean they think you're good enough to train someone.....

we have had every thing go wrong today. The ATM broke, Amanda had a half day so I ended up abandoning her. I felt horrible. Oh well.
