CHAPTER 1
A skinny, pale looking boy holding tightly on his bag as he walk through the main entrance of Seoul High. His name is Lee Hyukjae. He walk across the campus with eyes fixed on the ground like been attract to some magnet. Although it’s a suuny day, he wear a thick coat covering his bruised neck. He touch his hair trying to cover some of his bruises with his long brownish hair. His fringes cover all of his foreheads and even nearly cover his eyes(imagine his sorry sorry hair).
Suddenly, he hear a fast pace footstep behind his back. Still not turning around, he try to ignore whoever it is until he feel a heavy shoulder bumped onto his back making him lose his balance and fall on his face with a loud thud while all of his stuff scattered on the ground. Pushing himself up, he wincing on his painful hands because he use his hand to supprt his body when he fell, he look up and saw a guy running and looking back at him, yelling “Yah, don’t be in my way.”
Then he yelled to someone on behind, ”Khun, prepare your money. I’m winning today.”
“ Don’t be so sure, i’m not gonna let you win that easy!!” the guy named Khun replied back. The guy ran past Hyukjae after the guy that bumped onto Hyukjae,disappear into college building.
Kneeling, Hyukjae gather all of his stuff on the ground because he well know, if the stuff is damage or missing, he won’t get a new one. Why is that? Simple, because he don’t have money. He has to work after school until night in order to survive. For school fee, for his once a day meal and mostly for his drunken father. While he gathering the things, a pair of large hand appear helping him. He looked up only to be greeted by a shining eyes. The guy smile to Hyukjae showing off his dimple and white teeth. With his expensive looking clothes, Hyukjae can tell that he also a rich guy.
Fixing his sight on the ground again, Hyukjae stand up after finished, dusting off his uniform. The guy give him his book with the smile still on his face. Hyukjae take his book, bowing a little as a ‘thank you’.
“ Are you okay?” the guys ask Hyukjae. Hyukjae just nodded still not daring to look up.
“You’re new here?” again Hyukjae just nodded.
“You’re sure didn’t talk much did you?” the helpful guy said, chuckling. Hyukjae just stay still.
“What’s your name?” another question.
“ Lee Hyukjae.” Finally he use his voice although it’s barely audible. But the guy still catch it. Extended out his hand, offering an handshake, he said, “Hi, i’m Choi Siwon. Nice to meet you.”
Slowly, Hyukjae’s hand accept the offer, quite hesitate. Shaking hands, Siwon’s hand felt so warm on Hyukjae’s cold one. Taking back his hand, Hyukjae can feel the other is staring at him right now.
“What class do you have next? I can show you the class.” Being the gentlemen he is, Siwon trying to help. When Hyukjae past him his timetable, he smile in happiness. “Omo, you got the same class as me, History. Come on, we should go now, we’re late.” Siwon happily walked with Hyukjae beside him. Along the way to the class, Siwon’s talking non-stop, intoducing him the cafeteria, the office, the building. Hyukjae just look on the ground, only look up once in a while.
When they got into the class, Siwon is introducing Hyukjae to the teacher as he the new student.
“Lee Hyukjae?” the teacher ask him. Hyukjae nodded. Siwon already move to his seat, leave Hyukjae alone in front of the class. “Please intoduce yourself.” The teacher told him.
Bowing a little, “My name is Lee Hyukjae. I ask for your guidance.” His voice is so low that only the people in the first row can hear him. “Okay, you can take the seat beside Siwon since you’re already know him.” Hyukjae just comply with the teacher and made his way to Siwon. Siwon is grinning from ear to ear hearing that.
“ Great, you’re sitting next to me.” Siwon flashed his charming smile when Hyukjae reached his seat. Hyukjae mouthed him a ‘thank you’ before sitting. When the teacher, mrs. Han start the lecture, Hyukjae take out his book until he hear a familiar voice calling from behind.
“Yah, Khun. You must hold your word. It’s only 10 thousand. You’ve lost.”
“ Arasso, arasso. I’ll pay you. I don’t have 10k cash. Aish, so impatient fishie. Why do i bet with him in the first place?” Khun grunt. The fishie guy just laugh loudly, doesn’t care if the teacher is there or not. The teacher can’t do anything to him anyway. Other student also just ignore him because no one messed with fishie aka the infamous Lee Donghae.
Hearing the amount, Hyukjae shocked. How could a 18 years old student can bet reaching 10 thousand? Hyukjae forgot the fact that the school is private luxurious school. He was able to school there bacause he received schoolarship, thanks to his smart brain.
Looking at the shocked expression Hyukjae was wearing, Siwon nudges him.
“Are you alright?”
“E-Err, yea.”
“Why you look so shocked?”
“T-They bet o-on 10 thousand?” Hyukjae just can’t hold his curiousity anymore. Amused by the stuttering Hyukjae, Siwon state, “Don’t mind them. It’s their hobby, betting. Well, other than fucking chicks.” Hearing Siwon’s explaination, again Hyukjae wide his eyes in shock.
“The guy with the girl on his lap named Lee Donghae and the taller guy named Nickhun, a Thai-Taiwan mixed. And the girl on Donghae’s lap is Jessica, his girlfriend or should i say his fuck mate.” Without being asked Siwon tell Hyukjae about the guys behind them. It’s the guy that bumped into him earlier.
Hyukjae glanced a little over his shoulder and Siwon is right, there’s a girl on Donghae’s lap and they’re making out in class, in front of other people, in daylight. Hyukjae quickly turn away his sight, shocked seeing such intimate action. The couple behind him made weird noise in Hyukjae’s thinking when Jessice moans.
Looking at Hyukjae’s fidgety, Siwon put a hand on the latter’s shoulder. “You will get used to it.” Understand the meaning, Hyukjae just nodded, trying to hide his uneasiness. The teacher infront just continue writing ignoring the wild behaviour of her students.
After 10 so long minutes, Donghae stop his free show. Hyukjae’s shoulder slumped.
‘ Finally i can concentrate on the study ’ in Hyukjae’s mind.
‘I hope this is the last school i’ll be tranfered. So that i can focus on my study and improve my grade to make me able to receive schoolarship again. Oh God, i wanna stay here so i can graduate with a good result and find a good job. Please make me stay.’ Silently, Hyukjae is praying.
‘ Lee Hyukjae, huh? He’sthe slow guy earlier? That’s him. Why he’s so skinny like a girl? Doesn’t he eat? Well since i’m bored, why don’t i play a game?’
Donghae leaning a little to his side,to Nickhun. As on cue, Nickhun leans in hearing what is Donghae trying to tell him.
“Wanna bet?”
“How much we bet that you will kick this boy less than a month?” Nickhun whisper in Donghae’s ears. Nickhun smirks.He knows exactly what his best buddy thinking. Here we go again.
“ A month? Don’t you think it was too long?” Donghae said, sarcasm in his voice.
“Okay, two weeks. If you can make him gone in two weeks, 20 thousand is in your hand.”
“Deal. You better hold your word buddy because in two weeks i’ll be 20 thousand richer.”
Siwon hears the conversation the two is having. Although Donghae and Nickhun is his friends, but he didn’t like their behaviour, bullying a new student. There already many student become their victim. And Hyukjae is the next target. Glancing to his side, he look at the concentrated figure of Hyukjae and wishing that he could protect Hyukjae from Dongahe’s evil plan.
Three mind has three different attention. Will they able to survive smoothly without clashing?

College is taking all my time.I got class even on my weekend!!!. I’ve abandon my assignment for you guys. So, pray for me that i won’t failed on my subject. I got test this weekend, but i’ll try my best to update.
