sunday i was feeling much better, though i slept much longer than intended. i had a sane 20 mile ride through brentwood as planned. in the evening i did my 50 kata (core of karate practice) and M cooked everything she could find. this is our sundays - riding, walking, cooking, football, computer, sleep. not all that exciting. i have glommed onto your old park slope lifestyle.

i am freshdirecting and Pron-ing and wine-storeing...

other than the FreshDirect, the idea of visiting momma and poppa stores is so nice...

but i miss you and so does the pron.

yeah we miss the pron too. but we also like the sun and beach and pico place. we're noodling our options...

Hurray for foot traffickable errand places. There's gotta be a better way in LA, though.

there really isn't. almost everything is in the car. except for walks on main or the promenade - which is well enough. it's just not for food or general supplies. and there is occasional walking to the mart, but usually it's a car type trip.
