So, the bad news is that I need to upgrade our Mac Mini to OS 10.5 to do what I want. The good news is that everything else is in place.

I jacked the mini into our new TV, and grabbed one of our Mac Remotes to spin up FrontRow. Now I just need Understudy to be able to pull in Hulu via FrontRow. But that requires 10.5. Bummer ( Read more... )

DVI --> HDMI? Did you have to much with HDCP?

The TV has VGA in, making that part easy. I've heard of Boxee, but haven't really looked at it. Understudy just came out recently.

oh nice! check out boxee, it's a fork of the XBMC code, and much extended.
