I'm working on a project that's going to need a bit of web stuff developed for it. It's primarily a telephony application, but that side is covered, but we need some web mojo for user sign-ups and such. Now, I know that in the past 10 years or so (which is how long I've been out of the loop on web development) the world of web coding has changed
