+ Last night was the worst night of not sleeping I have had in a long time. I talked to Bradley until 12:45 am or so. I was still up in bed at almost 2 am. I was up all night long. I forgot to tell you this is an interesting color! Oh yeah, If you don't love yourself first nobody else can either that was a very good point you made.

+ Loving oneself. Harder then it sounds but can be done. And it is true, I firmly believe that.
