+ I shall start with some shocking news...... I took a 2 hour nap yesterday!! Believe it!!!  lol  I had the worst tension headache and crap thoughts in my head (mainly because I was so overtired). + Well had a wonderful chat (and a few laughs as usual) with Joyce (my Doc).  I don't have anything broken and what have you. Apparently it is muscular and I have my scripts for an anti-inflammatory and a muscle relaxer. + I made a doctors appointment yesterday. I go tomorrow, which is also my sisters birthday. So at 3:30pm I will be in with Joyce having a grand time. Yay!

+ The 40 Year Old Virgin was quite hilarious! Oddly touching in some parts. I also have to say that I can't get enough of Seth Rogen (sp?). Ever since I saw him on Freaks & Geeks. Give me more Seth on the big screen (or little) PLEASE!  I underestimate Paul Rudd. He IS indeed funny.

+ Last night was a lovely trip to Royal Oak with Megs. Main objective was to chat and browse Barnes & Noble. I was thuroughly overwhelmed/ pleased with their expansive selection.
