* Ticketmaster faces two separate PR problems today hot on the heels of various others. I'm not a big fan of Ticketmaster for the practices detailed in those articles and for their large "service charges." Since they are, usually, the only source for tickets, the "service charges" always pissed me off since there's no alternatives (save scalpers).
