What I learnt today at the final offsite meeting of the year: That I better brush up my cooking skills or I will become the housefly basher.

A 21 year old died of heart attack.

A 22 year old contracted breast cancer.

But then I still gotta go back again in 3 months time to see the specialist again. But this second doctor (or specialist) is just so not professional enough.
