GSDestiny sent me three choices from Geeks.com
the prices were great and 2 of the three were in stock. I picked one of the in-stock ones on the 11th and on the 14th i got an email saying it had just shipped - estimated arrival the 18th
i would periodically re-track and nothing, then last night (expecting it to maybe be here already) when i tracked i finally got some info saying that although the info was uploaded to fedex on the 12th, the package didnt reach fedex's hands until the 16th (not acceptable) and my estimated delivery is now the 19th. grrr.
if it gets delayed any more, hell will be raised

I personally order all my parts from newegg. They are very fast. I ordered the parts for my new machine on friday and got them on monday.

What style graphics slot are you using AGP or PCI-E?

I have a GeForce 7600 (I think 7600) for an AGP slot. I have a new 8600 PCI-E for my new machine. VERY NICE.

i ordered through advice from GSDestiny a NVIDIA GeForce 6200. He said it could either be a PCI or AGP slot since one of each was available. We were afraid that anything bigger right now my system couldnt handle. all i need it for is Second Life and Star Wars Lego 2 (requires pixel shading). My last one handled both of these with no problem (was humidifier dust what killed the beast. What i got seems to be just one step up from what i had.

I JUST WISH IT WOULD GET HERE!! hopefully it wont be delayed any more
oh! and thanx for the pix of little schmengee! cant believe how big he's getting! Love to wifey!
