Aw, Jess...I wish I could've been there...Things always go wrong when performing...It's how life goes...ANd the great part about being a vocalist is, if you forget the words to your own song, you can ad lib, make stuff up...No one else really knows the song...and if you're not quick on your feet, then you can just hum, or act like there was supposed to be a pause there...Don't let it getcha down, bud. you can go to school again! it's all okay! you did have fun didn't you? that's what counts. the way bob was goign this year was really weird, and everyone messed up, except for 10 minute, 10 solos, song of omega.

you guys did pretty well, actually. It didn't sound even remotely bad to what you're saying. And, like Jenny said, many many bands messed up. Plus, no one would know that you missed a verse.. the audience is unknowing like that. Cheer up, Charlie. Not all was as bad as it seemed.
