So, I thought I'd spend a few moments today trying to convince you guys that Curtis Sittenfeld really is a great, great writer.

Since I liked Prep so much, I decided to pick up her second book, The Man of My Dreams this week. Despite the superficiality the title would suggest, the book is not about some 20-something who dates a slew of losers ( Read more... )

yes. I said it before and I will say it again. These books are directly up your alley. Right in the middle of the sweet, sweet strike zone. So much so, in fact, that I'm surprised you didn't beat me to them.

I will. I am changing to T-Mobile tonight. I thought at some point you had a T-Mobile phone. Do you still? If so, should I call you there?
