ok, it sounds like a bad excuse for not keeping up with emails and lj but i just dont online so often anymore. not that i'm not interested in what's going on with my friends, but at work, i cant access my gmail acct, and i don't have time to surf anymore. plus i hate to say this,the truth is i have become a gym rat and i spend most of my days after

it gets sent but then it just screws up the entire thing and everything i send something above 200kb to all the staff (which i have to do monthly cos its the e-newsletter or news alert or whatnot) i will receive a warning from the IT dept. so sickening.

precisely. THERE IS NO NEWS. so we just jump at anything that could possibly get us mentioned. nope, no relation to ura. diff ministries ma, but we work with them quite alot.

i cannot run more than 10k! or we can go for the half marathons and run half and walk half, haha.
