My computer has apparently come to the (erroneous) conclusion that I am going blind. Suddenly, all the fonts have increased by leaps and bounds. It's like reaching for a book in the library and realizing it's one of those large-print ones that belong in their own special section. DUDE! i thought that lady was kinda cool at first. but did you know that she ALREADY had a meeting with bush, like after her son first died??? and now she's bitching because she wants ANOTHER?? DOUBLE-YOU-TEE-EFF!!!

Rumor has it that it's your birthday! Happy day, amigo. (Okay, so it's just about over. And from what you said in your journal, it's sucked. But, you know. Let's just pretend that I never saw that, okay?)

Anyway.....the fact that she already had a meeting with Bush makes this shit even worse. What, were there not enough cameras around the first time? Not enough celebrities lining up to hold your hand and further your cause? It's starting to veer away from "grieving my son and wanting answers" to "publicity stunt!" And that's really sad.

Does she really think that Bush is going to go "Well, hell, her son died so let's stop the war"? No. If that were the case, he would have called the whole thing off ages ago, when the soldiers STARTED dying.

I don't know, I guess I'm just of the opinion that, whatever her intentions were, it's time to call it off and go home. It's obvious that it's not going to do anything - at least anything worthwhile - so why keep on with it? Doesn't she have family that needs her?

But, yeah, it would be nice if something could come of it. I think everyone would like this to be over with already and for the soldiers to come home. Unfortunately, I don't think this is going to be the thing that makes it happen.
