Hmmm since hes a light neonish green with the orange stripes you could always go with a nurse dress and instead of the red cross put the orange marking on it of coarse add the little nuse hat and if you go to Party city they have Big syringes (HUGE) and halloween nurse items...though it might be better to buy during Halloween for cheaper prices...but its an Idea.
BTW Dresses are easier to make instead of pants ^^ XD

Hmm... not sure about the hat. I hate wearing hats, and I consider him more of a doctor then a nurse, thus why I'm trying to figure out a way to get a lab coat into the mix. But the good news is that type of green is so my favorite color XD And I thought that for the markings too. I might need help though when it comes down to getting things onto paper though because I can't draw OR sew, although I'm willing to try the sewing part (I figure 8 months is plenty of time for failures and retries)

Im going to try a new outfit for Optimus soooo I should be about at the same point as you are...
Sewing isnt as difficult as getting the clothes pieces to fit and finding the type of cloth you need.
The only thing with sowing is its TIME CONSUMING and the fact that it takes alot of patince (probably spelled that wrong lol)
Also what color is your hair?

We'll, I know how to make poofy pants if it helps :p Pants shouldn't be TOO hard, but it'd have to be pretty sexy XD

Oh, well I can definitely manage the fabric costs. Especially since that costume wouldn't likely require yards and yards of expensive-ass fabric, you know?

And that's why I wanted to add a utility belt. And of course, having a bit of an attitude automatically makes someone seem more bad-ass.
