I was stuck inside for the weekend so did not get his yearly sympathy card, but shall do so later today, even if I have to walk down the road to Safeway.

Congratulations! Now, when you say today, do you mean the 21st or the 20th? My mom and step-dad had their 14th yesterday (the 20th).
