For that cold winter evening when you just have to have lots of cholesterol. This is fairly quick and easy to prepare and is very, very heartwarming and thoroughly satisfying. And yes, for those real cholesterol gluttons, you can use slices of Brie or Gorgonzola instead of the grated cheese.
