How sad am I? Look at the e-mail I came home to today...

HI! I wish I had your phone number, but your email address is all I have. Something happened to Timmy last night - don't know if the other dogs knocked him down or if he got his leg caught in something but he was limping this morning. X-rays showed a crack in the bone in the elbow joint. ( Read more... )

Thank You!! I talked to Lorraine last night. She said that he was doing better. She's a vet and after looking at the x-rays she said she thinks that it'll heal nicely and now that he was taking an anti-inflamitory pill, he was walking much better. She said that toward the end of the week they'll take him for another x-ray and I'll probably be able to get him next week.

At first that made me laugh and smile.

Then I signed out of my yahoo and into LJ. While I was thinking about this comment it made me....kinda sad. I was thinking about Jungle a little while ago while I was folding the laundry and I really miss it more than I thought I would. (Not just JC but the mansion too).

But, you know what would make me the happiest, making "the manager" jump in there and get it.

Yeah... Actually, there's more to this story. My nametag ended up in the river some how (Drew Privett anyone?) and I needed to have it replaced the day you were termed.

"The Manager" came down, noticed, flipped your name over and stuck mine on the back. I'm like, "You prick!" So, your name was on the back of my new nametag. I'm like, "Bastard..."

So today, a cast member who shall go unnamed, took and clean one and wrote my name on it, then handed me the old one. I flipped it over, and tossed it.

You deserved a proper retirement. And I agree, "The Manager" should dive in and get it.

Well, thank you for the proper retirement. I think you should have tossed "the manager" in with it.

People are so dumb. It's so highschool to...steal someones name tag and throw it in the river...hee hee
