Spring Cleaning....I've been doing it for weeks now!

We got another bed.  Chris Cooks friend Erica had this queen size bed to get rid of and we took it.  Now, there are three bedrooms here.  Chris has a queen size in his room, I have a twin in "my room" and Chris and I have one in our room(I think it's a queen).  Where the hell are we going to put another bed?  Last weekend I came home to find the ( Read more... )

oohhh... my favorite song. I'm on my way home ot do some spring cleaning- my room adn my car. My car scares me way more than my room. It's got sooo much crap in there. I have no idea what to do with it. As far as you being tired- try eating more iron. You could be anemic. It's the most common deficiency, particularly in women. Eat red meat, egg yolks, oysters, dark leafy veggies, and (seriously) food cooked in an iron skillet. You may also want to try b-complex vitamins. that's the vitamin that feeds your blood and is super difficult for your body to absorb so it's also easy to become difficient in that. If you do decide to try a supplement, I reccommend mine- not because I sell them but because the delivery system will actually allow you to absorb the vitamins. Dont' waste your money with pills. And, b-vitamins will probably help your migraines as well. Ok, Nutrition lecture ended. My last suggestion is to try some Caramel sutra.
