Although I update my journal (either this one of my other one) daily, or as close to daily as I can, I forget that I should make some public entries as well.  I'm all over my LJ friends for being....non-existant, and although i read everyday I forget that I have to update in order for them to know I am here.  Let's begin by saying F American Idol

AHHHHHH!! I love seafood, how can Chris not like seafood? Well, I'm from the Keys, so that's probably why. Oh, my favorite is grouper (or shrimp) covered in macadamia nuts with mango chutney... Yummy...

Now I want to cook macadamia encrusted grouper and shrimp with mango chutney.. Damn it.

So, happy birthday! Enjoy your night with Chris, and if he gives you a hard time about seafood you send him to me... I'll set him straight. Hehe.
