so it's been an interesting week. had a really crappy day tuesday-not so bad until solfege. we were working on figured bass and i got called up to the board to realize the figured bass already written on the board. i had that deer in the headlights moment and froze. it all just looked like numbers to me and i couldn't think. o i ended up crying-i

Oh, Stewart, I remember studying for music history tests when all the music seemed to blur together and sound the same! But in a weird way I miss that. So jealous of you and the chance you have to study there! DO you have any good lesson plans for elementary? If there are any (especially for the season) that you get really excited about, I would love to hear about them! My classes are slowly getting into the kodaly routine and I need an arsenal of ideas:)
