I tried him with pureed carrot today, twas most fun. He kept it on his tongue and then left his tongue hanging out for a good 5 minutes before he realised he needed to swallow it and he pulled some very odd faces. He managed to get a whole eighth of a carrot down his bib and throat though!
Ethan loves to slap, and to gum down on faces/arms/fingers, and to pull hair, take off glasses and poke people up the nostrils with said glasses. He especially loves swinging off Carl's beard, hehe.
