(((((HUGS))))) I know just how dehabilitating depressive illness and its associated baggage can be. I found CBT incredibly helpful...in fact, I was feeling much better after only 3 or 4 sessions.
As soon as I have more than two pence to rub together, I shall be right round! I was rather upset the other night, as I miss you three! At least you've got a load of support about you, that's the most important thing. I am more or less interweb free at the moment, so sorry I haven't been more-in-touch. We're all moved now (but not unpacked) and should be warming our house fairly soon. Sorry this is rushed, the timer on the library computer is nagging at me! xx
